Terms and Conditions for DetailNow LLC Mobile Car Detailing

1. Quality of Service: At DetailNow LLC, our aim is to provide top-notch service. We endeavor to deliver the best results within the realms of our expertise, resources, and time. However, we do not guarantee that your vehicle will be restored to a specific previous or brand-new condition (although many customers are satisfied much to the point as which it nearly feels as though we do!). We conduct a final inspection with our customers upon completion of our services. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please inform us within 48 hours of the job’s completion.
2. Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition, and Damage: DetailNow LLC cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to the vehicle while outside of our care. We take utmost care to avoid such incidents from happening during a service. If any damage does occur, we will inform you immediately. By availing of our services, you agree that any pre-existing conditions must be mentioned before the service, as we take before & after photos.
3. Cancellation Policy: DetailNow LLC requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. A cancellation fee of $49.99 will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, except in cases of bad weather or proof of an emergency. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and maintain our standard of service.
4. Appointment Time: DetailNow LLC strives for punctuality. However, please allow a window of up to a maximum of 30 minutes for our arrival due to variables like traffic or other unforeseen circumstances as a mobile demand service. We will notify you of any significant delays in our arrival, and make sure you receive above and beyond treatment for any discrepancies.
5. Fees and Payment Terms: We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit, and credit cards. Full payment is due upon completion of our services.
6. Personal Effects: We advise our clients to remove all valuable items from their vehicles before our service. DetailNow LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of personal items during our service if not mentioned to the technician on-site beforehand.
7. Termination of Service: DetailNow LLC reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion in cases of uncooperative or unprofessional behavior by clients, or for other reasons deemed appropriate by our management.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions: DetailNow LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be effectively communicated to our clients.
